The Calhoun County Water Resources Commissioner received a petition to address road and home flooding. When an engineer was needed, CEI was hired to analyzed the existing system and recommend improvement to eliminate the most significant issues. Environmental impacts and structural stability in deep organic soils were balanced along with assuring the lake level in Sanoma Lake did not change.
