Professional Engineer/Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position consists of performing all design and construction engineering work for the types of projects that CEI commonly performs. Quality professional work will need to be done on time and within budget, thereby keeping the client happy. Infrastructure extension / improvement projects such as sewer and water, stormwater management, road, and onsite wastewater treatment are common work here at CEI. Coordinating the topography, considering alternative designs and costs, developing a final design, administering the bidding, managing inspection, and reviewing submittals are the basic tasks our project engineers need to perform. This career opportunity could lead to a project manager position, which includes making decisions on unique situations, administrative duties, and an associate level position at CEI. Ultimately a partnership is possible.

QUALIFICATION:

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Environmental Engineering
* Professional Engineer's License
* Independence on the Majority of Your Projects
* Good Communication Skills
